The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently browsing the Fernie two Group Hall in Mpuluzi to render solutions to your community.

SASSA will likely be rendering services for instance new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, along with the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In an announcement, the agency claimed it's alarmed regarding the significant number of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The goal on the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme [ICROP] is to reach-out to the high number of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This is often as a result of lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no thoroughly functional office committed to service the area on a regular basis. The provider position developed for intervention encounters a high inflow of likely beneficiaries, which makes it status sassa complicated with the office to attend to all people who go to a service point.

“In this reach-out programme, SASSA will mobilise much more resources to help the servicing of all prospects and raise use of Social Assistance providers,” the agency said.
